- Customer Support: Provide timely technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine checks, updates, and patch management.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and client interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Training: Guide clients on product usage and best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS).
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
