OrganicBazar is one of the fastest-growing D2C gardening brands in India, dispatching 15,000+ orders every month across multiple marketplaces. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Packing Supervisor to lead the packing function, uphold dispatch quality, and keep the floor running at scale.
Role Details
Position: Packing Supervisor
Location: Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh (on-site)

Reporting To: Operations Head
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 days a week
Salary: Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 20,000 per month (based on experience)
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Dispatch Quality
- Plan and supervise daily packing operations to meet dispatch timelines and order accuracy targets
- Ensure correct packaging standards by product type — grow bags, seeds, tools, fertilizers, planters, and fragile items
- Enforce quality checks to achieve zero damage and zero wrong dispatch
- Verify scanning and order-matching accuracy before handover to dispatch
Team & Floor Management
- Lead, allocate, and supervise the daily workload of the packing team
- Manage shift rosters, attendance, and manpower planning to match order volume
- Train new packing staff and ensure adherence to packing SOPs
- Maintain discipline, safety, and 5S housekeeping standards on the packing floor
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor packing-material stock levels (cartons, tape, fillers, protective material) and raise timely indents to prevent dispatch stoppages
- Control packing-material wastage and drive cost-efficient consumption
- Coordinate repacking of return and RTO inventory with the warehouse and CX teams
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for smooth, uninterrupted order flow
- Plan manpower and capacity for peak periods, sale events, and seasonal surges
- Track and report daily packing metrics — orders packed, error rate, and pendency — to the Operations Head
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in packing, warehouse, or production supervision, preferably in e-commerce or D2C operations
- Proven team-handling, manpower-planning, and shop-floor coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-first and cost-conscious mindset
- Working knowledge of order-processing or inventory systems is an advantage
- Candidates from Narsinghpur or nearby areas preferred
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
