We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Manage visitor records and coordinate visitor access.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Assist with data entry, filing, document management, and other administrative tasks.
- Respond to basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or certification in Administration or Customer Service is an added advantage
Experience
- 0–1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Service Executive, or in a similar role
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
Preferred Requirements
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and EPABX systems
