Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced WEDM (Wirecut) Operator to join our Tool Room team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating Wire EDM machines, understanding technical drawings, and maintaining high precision in machining work. Experience in plastic mold manufacturing will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Operate WEDM (Wirecut) machine independently
- Experience working on FANUC Control system
- Machine setting, alignment, and job clamping
- Read and understand engineering drawings
- Maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish
- Use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
- Follow quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in WEDM / Wirecut
- Hands-on experience with FANUC Controller is mandatory
- Experience in Plastic Mold / Tool Room preferred
- Basic programming knowledge (added advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
