The Insights Analyst supports the process of consumer insights and foresights generation through consolidation and analysis of data from various sources. The role focuses on ensuring the integrity of inputs for actionable insights generation and monitoring market developments to highlight emerging trends or changes.
What are we looking for? • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Analytics or related field • Experience in market research / consumer insights / analytics • Strong analytical skills • Fluency in English • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • Passion for data and ability to use research toolkits • Attention to detail, problem-solving, collaboration, learning agility, tolerance of ambiguity • Experience with tools like Nielsen/Kantar Explorer, HIVE • Power BI • Statistics knowledge
Roles and Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources such as track, incidence, digital, online listings, and internal sales to create unified performance datasets • Assist in maintaining a central repository of consumer and competitor data to improve consistency and accessibility across markets • Facilitate understanding of consumer behavior by tracking and analyzing KPIs and market trends to identify opportunities and deliver recommendations • Compile and summarize findings from multiple research sources to support insights generation and management presentations • Ensure OTIF submission of all regular and ad-hoc reporting • Support Insights Executive in new business cases with consumer insights/input for preparation
