Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to generate quality leads, communicate with prospective customers, explain our property offerings, and schedule site visits for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction. This role typically involves handling outbound and inbound calls, qualifying leads, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and maintaining CRM records.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
- Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and available offers.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers until closure.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Real Estate Sales is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
