- Provide prompt medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for all patients attending the hospital.
- Attend emergency and casualty cases efficiently and stabilize critically ill patients.
- Monitor admitted patients and document their clinical progress regularly.
- Prescribe medications, investigations, and treatment plans as per clinical protocols.
- Coordinate with consultants for referrals, admissions, and specialized patient care.
- Perform basic medical procedures such as suturing, wound dressing, catheterization, IV cannulation, and emergency resuscitation.
- Respond immediately to medical emergencies and participate in Code Blue and other emergency response teams.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient medical records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control guidelines, and patient safety standards.
- Interpret laboratory and radiology reports and initiate appropriate treatment based on clinical findings.
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of patient care.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary patient management.
- Assist in medico-legal cases by following statutory guidelines and maintaining proper documentation.
- Participate in clinical audits, continuous medical education (CME), quality improvement initiatives, and other duties assigned by hospital management.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
