US Business Development Manager (BDM) – Client Acquisition

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven US Business Development Manager (BDM) responsible for client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners, and driving end-to-end sales activities for IT staffing or recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the US market for IT staffing/recruitment services.
Generate business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and implementation partners.
Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable staffing solutions.
Negotiate contracts, rates, MSAs, NDAs, and service agreements with clients.
Coordinate with recruiters and account managers to fulfill client requirements.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Attend client meetings, virtual presentations, and business review calls.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Update CRM systems with lead status, opportunities, and sales activities.
Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Required Skills
Strong experience in US Staffing / IT Recruitment Business Development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with:
Cold calling
Lead generation
Client acquisition
Email marketing
LinkedIn sales outreach
Good understanding of:
US staffing process
W2, C2C, 1099 hiring models
Visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC)
Experience working with MSP/VMS portals is an added advantage.
Ability to work in US time zones.
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
Proven track record in acquiring US clients and generating revenue.
Experience in IT staffing/recruitment companies preferred.
