Responsible for managing project billing, quantity measurement, cost estimation, contractor billing, and commercial documentation while ensuring accurate and timely billing as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, final bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills
- Conduct quantity take-offs and verify site measurements
- Prepare and review BOQs, rate analysis, and billing quantities
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors, and Consultants
- Verify work executed at site against approved drawings and specifications
- Prepare measurement sheets, reconciliation statements, and variation statements
- Track additional works, deviations, and extra items
- Monitor project costs and identify billing-related discrepancies
- Coordinate with Accounts and Commercial teams for payment processing
- Maintain proper records of bills, measurements, work orders, and supporting documents
- Assist in preparing project cost reports and MIS
- Ensure billing is completed within project timelines and contractual requirements
- Handle client/consultant queries related to measurements and billing
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of construction billing, estimation, and quantity surveying
- Expertise in BOQ, rate analysis, quantity take-off, and measurement
- Good understanding of civil construction drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of contracts, work orders, variations, and claims
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/project billing software
- Excellent coordination and negotiation skills
Qualification & Experience:
- BE/B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 6–12 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying
- Experience in residential construction preferred
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in high-rise residential projects, commercial buildings, villas, townships, or infrastructure projects
- Strong exposure to client billing, contractor billing, RA bills, reconciliation, variation orders, rate analysis, and cost control
- Experience handling large-value projects is an added advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
