- Engage with potential clients via chat, email, and phone to understand their needs and present suitable software solutions.
- Provide detailed information about the software’s features, benefits, and pricing.
- Follow up on generated leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.
- Document client requirements and feedback for continuous improvement of the software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the software industry
- Strong communication (Proficiency in english) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using chat tools for client engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Specific experience in selling software or related products.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
