Responsible for the installation and maintenance of software applications to support business operations and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide technical support to customers through both remote and direct communication, diagnosing and resolving software-related issues efficiently. Manage support requests from initial customer contact through to successful resolution, ensuring timely issue resolution, clear communication, and a high standard of customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex issues, document solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and system reliability.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
