Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated US B2B SaaS Sales Executive based in India who can manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
This is not an inbound-only role. You will be expected to:
- Research target accounts
- Conduct outbound outreach
- Book meetings
- Run discovery calls
- Present demos
- Handle objections
- Follow up consistently
- Close paid pilots
You should be comfortable speaking with US-based decision-makers including marketing leaders, operations heads, founders, and executives.
ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting
- Research healthcare and behavioral health companies in the US
- Identify key decision-makers
- Conduct outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Personalize outreach based on company research
Discovery & Qualification
- Understand the prospect’s current workflow and challenges
- Identify pain points around local marketing, approvals, social media, and operational consistency
- Qualify opportunities based on fit and urgency
Product Demos & Sales Calls
- Conduct discovery-led product demos
- Present solutions based on actual business problems
- Explain workflows clearly and confidently
Objection Handling
Handle objections such as:
- “We already manage this in-house.”
- “We already have an agency.”
- “Send me more information.”
- “We do not have budget right now.”
Pipeline Management
- Maintain CRM updates and follow-up discipline
- Track pipeline movement and next steps
- Send recap emails, proposals, and pilot plans
Closing & Handoff
- Convert qualified prospects into paid pilots
- Coordinate handoff to the internal operations team after closing
RequirementsMust Have
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling to US or international markets
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Cold calling and outbound sales experience
- Ability to work with US time-zone overlap
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- CRM experience
Preferred
- SaaS sales experience
- Healthcare or behavioral health industry exposure
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
