Job Title : Indian IT Recruiter

Minimum Requirements & Responsibilities:
Must be familiar with Indian IT job portals such as Naukri, Foundit (Monster),
LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and candidate coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact
effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong understanding of technical requirements and ability to assess
candidates based on skills, experience, and project background.
Build and maintain a candidate database and update ATS/Recruitment
Tracker regularly with accurate candidate information.
Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, job
portals, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
Coordinate interview schedules, follow up with candidates, and ensure a
smooth recruitment process.
Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and candidate pipelines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements
simultaneously.
Preferred candidates with experience in IT recruitment and hiring for technical
positions across different technology domains, including Software
Development, Web Technologies, Cloud, QA, DevOps, Data Engineering, and
other IT roles relevant to Enish Technology.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and adherence to hiring
timelines.
