Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth in Surat. The candidate will be responsible for meeting business owners, manufacturers, exporters, and suppliers, promoting Alibaba.com membership solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, cold calling, and market research.
- Meet manufacturers, exporters, and SMEs to explain Alibaba.com’s global business solutions.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Alibaba.com membership plans.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals and referrals.
- Coordinate with the service team for smooth onboarding and customer support.
- Submit daily activity reports and participate in sales review meetings.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
- Knowledge of B2B platforms such as Alibaba.com, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Justdial will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
