Role Summary :
We are seeking to build a consulting practice focused on emerging Indian consumer firms that may be at start-up stage up to what could be up to 300 – 500 crore emerging firms. While these founders have a vision for their product, and have shown success, they need fast-track market and business plans, and an ability create an agile organization to ensure success versus failure in a highly competitive market. Our Balanced Scorecard thought leadership provides us and our clients the tools to build a strategy to drive breakthrough performance.
Qualification & Work Experience Required :
- 10-14 years of management consulting experience with a recognized consulting firm with consumer clients in market or business strategy, this is an opportunity that you could find interesting as it could provide you an opportunity to fast track your career in a practice leadership role.
- An MBA from top B school is key with all the other required attributes required from an excellent consultant – analysis, communications, proposal development, client management, project & team management.
- This role would require you to have experience in consulting business developed, either individually or having participated actively with your leadership team in that role.
