We are looking for an empathetic and articulate Clinic Telecaller to be the primary point of contact for our patients. You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patients are well-informed about our treatments and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and cancel patient consultations over the phone.
- Lead Follow-up: Reach out to prospective leads (from website inquiries, walk-ins, or campaigns) and explain the clinic's services or packages.
- Patient Reminders: Make outbound calls to remind patients of their upcoming appointments and follow-up visits.
- Query Resolution: Address patient questions regarding doctor availability, treatment procedures, pricing, and insurance processes in a polite and professional manner.
- Feedback Collection: Call existing patients to collect feedback on their treatment experience to help improve services.
- Database Management: Accurately update and maintain patient records, call logs, and follow-up notes in the clinic’s management software or CRM.
- Staff Coordination: Relay important patient messages and coordinate closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduation or a degree in healthcare/hospital administration is a plus.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a front-desk role (healthcare experience is highly preferred).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication in English, Hindi, and fluent Punjabi.
- Empathy & Patience: Ability to listen actively and handle patients with care, especially when they are unwell or anxious.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills, MS Office, and the ability to operate clinical database systems.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle patient grievances and rejections professionally.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
