We’re looking for a Social Media Manager at Justdogs who can own our social presence and take it to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute a dynamic social media calendar across all key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends, viral content, and emerging platform features.
- Create and shoot short-form videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content.- Use AI tools to assist with content creation, ideation, research, automation, and optimization.
- Edit videos for social using tools like InShot, or similar mobile-friendly editors
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align content with campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven 1+ experience managing brand social media accounts
- Excellent understanding of platform algorithms, engagement tactics, and audience insights
- Have experience in influencer collaborations or community management- Strong content writing and storytelling skills
- Comfortable shooting content (even with a phone) and guiding others in front of the camera
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools (InShot, Canva Video, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Ability to independently plan and execute a content calendar
