Are you a dynamic leader with extensive experience in transformer manufacturing and a passion for driving operational excellence?
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead our Transformer Manufacturing Plant and oversee end-to-end business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall plant management and profitability
Production planning, manufacturing, and quality control
Supply chain and vendor management
Sales coordination and customer relationship management
Project execution and delivery management
Understanding of transformer design fundamentals and industry standards
Team leadership, workforce development, and performance management
Process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency
Desired Profile:
BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (ME/M.Tech preferred)
MBA in Operations/Marketing/General Management preferred
10–15 years of relevant experience in Transformer Manufacturing Industry
Strong understanding of transformer design, production, testing, sales, procurement, and supply chain management
Proven leadership experience in handling large teams and driving business growth
Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making skills
