- Facilities & Inventory: Ordering office supplies. Monitoring breakroom inventory. Scheduling printer maintenance. Coordinating vendor deliveries. Tracking facility expenses. Managing petty cash. Submitting monthly expense reports.
- Required Key Skills
- Software Expertise: Mastery of productivity tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail) or Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Typical Education & Qualifications
