RACW Trainer (Refrigerator, Air Conditioning & Washing Machine)
1. Brief
We are looking for a qualified and experienced RACW Trainer to provide technical and practical training on Refrigerators, Air Conditioners, and Washing Machines. The trainer will be responsible for developing skilled technicians through classroom sessions, hands-on demonstrations, troubleshooting exercises, and industry-oriented training programs.
2. Job Description
- Conduct classroom and practical training on Refrigerator, Air Conditioner, and Washing Machine systems.
- Train candidates on installation, servicing, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Demonstrate the use of tools, testing instruments, gauges, and safety equipment.
- Deliver training on electrical components, refrigeration cycles, compressors, motors, and control systems. .

Locations: Noida and Agra

4. Qualification / Experience
- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field.
- Certification in RAC, HVAC, or Appliance Repair will be preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in RACW installation, maintenance, servicing, or technical training.
- Experience in handling domestic and commercial cooling systems will be an added advantage.
5. Skills
- Strong knowledge of Refrigerators, Air Conditioners, and Washing Machines.
- Expertise in fault diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, refrigerants, and electrical circuits.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

7. Grade and Salary
Grade: Trainer / Senior Trainer
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹34,000 per month (Based on experience, qualifications, and technical expertise)

- Trainee attendance and completion percentage.
- Practical assessment and certification success rate.
- Placement and apprenticeship support rate.

- Ensure safe operation of tools, equipment, and appliances during training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
