A Tele Caller is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to provide information, generate leads, handle inquiries, and promote the company's products or services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.
- Explain products, services, offers, and promotions clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Follow up with customers regarding bookings, payments, or feedback.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain professional communication and positive customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
- Pleasant telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM software).
- Ability to convince and negotiate effectively.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Pay: ₹8,814.61 - ₹15,000.00 per month
