Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics, Electronics & Communication,
Electrical, Instrumentation or related field
Skill: PCB Design: Hands-on experience in schematic capture, 2-layer PCB design, component placement/routing, library & footprint creation, DRC/ERC, Gerber and BOM generation using KiCad, Cadence/OrCAD, Altium or similar tools.
Electronic Components: Strong practical knowledge of resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, MOSFETs, transistors, optocouplers, relays, regulators, DC-DC/SMPS, op-amps, ADC/DAC and commonly used ICs. Must understand component working, selection, ratings and datasheet reading.
Microcontrollers: Practical knowledge of STM32, ESP32, AVR, nRF, PSoC or similar controllers, including power, reset, clock, GPIO, ADC, PWM and programming/debug interfaces.
Interfaces: RS-232/RS-485, CAN, Ethernet, USB, UART, I²C, SPI and Modbus.
Industrial Hardware: Analog/digital I/O, sensors, 0-10 V, 4-20 mA, isolation, protection, EMI/EMC and ESD concepts.
Development & Testing: Component selection, circuit design, PCB prototype development, soldering/rework, board bring-up, testing/debugging, BOM/alternate component selection and production support.
Experience: 1-2 Years of practical experience in hardware and PCB design.
