Job Summary:
The Overseas Relations Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, distributors, agents, and business partners. The role focuses on expanding global business opportunities, managing overseas customer accounts, coordinating export activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve organizational growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities : International Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential markets, competitors, and industry trends.
- Generate inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for international customers.
- Ensure timely response to customer inquiries, quotations, and service requests.
- Maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal departments for effective solutions.
Export & Order Management
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor export orders from inquiry stage to final delivery.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
Communication & Coordination
- Conduct online meetings and business discussions with overseas clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Prepare business presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business events when required.
Documentation & Compliance
- Handle export documentation, contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with international trade policies and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records and business reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in International Business or Marketing preferred.
Experience:
- 3–8 years of experience in International Sales, Export Marketing, Business Development, or Overseas Customer Relations.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial products is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of export procedures, international trade, and logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work with multicultural teams and international customers.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- International sales growth.
- New overseas customer acquisition.
- Customer retention and satisfaction.
- Export order execution efficiency.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday
