We are hiring Chef de Partie (CDP) for Regency.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Manage and oversee a particular kitchen section
- Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Head Chef about shortages
- Follow food safety and kitchen safety standards
- Support junior kitchen staff when required
- Ensure timely preparation and service during busy hours
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Diploma or certification in Hotel Management/Culinary Arts is preferred
