Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with expertise in Managed IT Services and IT Staff Augmentation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in client acquisition, account management, lead generation, and end-to-end sales within the IT services industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting staffing and managed service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in Managed IT Services and IT Staff Augmentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers across industries.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable staffing or managed service solutions.
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, contracts, and pricing models for clients.
- Attend networking events, client meetings, and industry conferences to expand business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Sales, Managed Services, or Staff Augmentation business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing models, contract hiring, and managed service delivery.
- Experience working with domestic and/or international clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strategic relationships and manage key accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Strong networking and lead generation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling enterprise accounts and MSP clients.
- Existing client network in IT staffing or managed services.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
