Functional Consultant for Finance Module

Qualification: Any graduate with relevant domain experience. (B.E/B. Tech, MBA preferred)
Experience : 3+ years
Job purpose :
- To be responsible for Project Management & Execution
- To ensure Operational efficiency
- To handle clients / customers in understanding their requirements and providing solutions
- To adhere to quality management in implementing processes and procedures
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow the project schedule and delivery of requirements on time. Monitoring the Project Progress and Timely Report to Stakeholders.
- Clear and Consistent in communicating with Team. Making sure the communication is complete.
- Effectively providing training to Customer on the product. Guiding the internal team and sharing knowledge. Should gain good knowledge in their Tools & Technologies.
- Proactively work on detecting and resolving problems. Ratio of open tickets vs. completed tickets to be monitored and maintained for the areas of handling
- Understanding the customers needs - learning individualized requirements and meeting them. Explaining the system to customer in relation to the requirement. Preparing the Gap Document and suggesting work around to meet customer requirements.
- The documents prepared should follow the laid down procedure. Approved templates should be used for all documents.
- Ensure various documents or deliverables prepared is complete in all respect.
- Setting Personal Goals and working towards achieving the goals. Need to have a clear communication and Presentation skills
- Inform Project Manager on key project risks or blockages.
- Participating and contributing to the operational and project update meetings.
- Participating in the development / testing and complete functional testing before deployment at customer environment
