Senior Costing Engineer
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
Industry: Heavy Fabrication / Trailer Manufacturing / Engineering Manufacturing (Mandatory)
Location: Chakan, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate product costing, estimation, and commercial proposals.
- Analyze engineering drawings, BOMs, material costs, labor costs, and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, and Business Development teams for quotation preparation.
- Evaluate project profitability and recommend cost optimization opportunities.
- Maintain costing databases, cost sheets, and MIS reports.
- Support tendering, budgeting, and customer quotation activities.
- Conduct cost variance analysis and monitor actual vs. estimated costs.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Costing & Estimation within Heavy Fabrication or Engineering Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication drawings, BOM preparation, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in material costing, process costing, and project costing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech Mechanical Engineering Preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
