Senior Technical Lead (Remote)
We are a Dubai-based web and digital agency specializing in websites, e-commerce, SEO, and AI solutions. We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead to own end-to-end project delivery and lead our technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead website projects from planning to delivery.
- Review code, resolve technical issues, and provide technical guidance.
- Manage WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and Next.js projects.
- Handle hosting, deployments, DNS, SSL, backups, and servers.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and mentor developers.
- Conduct online client meetings and manage written client communication.
- Ensure quality assurance and on-time project delivery.
- Assist with technical scoping, documentation, and project planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web development and technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP, WordPress, React/Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Linux/VPS, Git, CI/CD, hosting, and deployments.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Experience leading development teams and using project management tools.
Preferred
- UAE/GCC client experience.
- Experience with e-commerce, API integrations, SEO, and Arabic RTL websites.
