1. Experience working in a boutique or designer studio environment.
2. Strong knowledge of fabrics, textures, and material selection.
3. Understanding of embroidery techniques and surface ornamentation.
4. Experience designing bridal wear and ethnic wear.
5. Ability to analyse current fashion trends and contribute to trend forecasting.
6. Clear and confident client interaction skills, including understanding briefs and presenting design ideas.
7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual.
8. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
9. Comfortable working collaboratively with team members and artisans.
10. Adaptable, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects.
11. Prior relevant boutique work experience is required.
12. Strong expertise in illustration, translating concepts into expressive, detailed designs.
