HR Recruiter – Vecura Wellness
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding.
- Maintain candidate database and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with managers for staffing needs.
- Support employee engagement & grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Assist in performance appraisal and training activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (wellness/healthcare preferred).
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Knowledge of job portals, social media, free portal and recruitment tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
