The ALU / ALU Blister Operator will operate and monitor aluminum blister packing machines to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products. The role requires attention to detail, basic mechanical skills, and ability to maintain production targets while following safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor ALU blister packing machines.
Load raw materials (aluminum foil, blister sheets, products) and check machine settings.
Perform routine checks and basic adjustments to maintain product quality and machine performance.
Inspect finished packs for defects (seal quality, alignment, perforation, etc.) and remove defective units.
Maintain production records and report output, downtime, and material usage.
Clean and perform basic maintenance on machines according to schedule.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols in the production area.
Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance team for major repairs or troubleshooting.
Assist in packing, labeling, and moving finished goods when required.
Adhere to company quality standards and continuous improvement practices.
Qualifications:
Education: 10th or 12th pass (high school).
Experience: 0–2 years preferred; freshers with mechanical aptitude will be considered.
Basic knowledge of packaging machinery and tools is an advantage.
Ability to read simple instructions and basic production documentation.
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a manufacturing environment.
Willingness to work in shifts as required.
