Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents, autonomous workflows, and enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Agentic AI, LLMs, LangGraph/LangChain, RAG, and multi-agent systems, with the ability to build scalable and production-ready AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Agentic AI and autonomous AI agents for enterprise use cases.
- Build agent architectures using ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Develop scalable applications using expert-level Python, asynchronous programming, and concurrency.
- Integrate and work with LLMs including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models.
- Build complex agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain.
- Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and agent memory.
- Implement AI evaluation, observability, monitoring, MLOps/AgentOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Containerize and deploy AI solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Implement AI security, guardrails, responsible AI practices, and prompt-injection mitigation.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong experience in AI/Generative AI.
- Expert knowledge of Python.
- Strong hands-on experience with async programming and concurrency.
- Proven experience building Agentic AI / Autonomous AI Agents.
- Hands-on knowledge of:

- Multi-Agent Systems
- Experience with one or more major LLM platforms:
- OpenAI
- Azure OpenAI
- Anthropic
- Open-source LLMs
- Strong hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain.

- Knowledge of MLOps/AgentOps, evaluation, observability, and CI/CD.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
- Strong understanding of AI security, guardrails, prompt-injection mitigation, and responsible AI.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

Candidate Profile
