Job Summary
Sree Gokulam Speed & Safe Courier Service is looking for a dedicated and responsible Loading Executive to manage the loading and unloading operations of courier consignments. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate handling, sorting, and movement of parcels while maintaining safety standards and supporting smooth warehouse and dispatch operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of courier shipments.
- Ensure parcels are loaded accurately according to destination and delivery schedules.
- Verify shipment details with dispatch manifests before loading.
- Inspect packages for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain proper segregation and stacking of consignments to prevent damage during transit.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and transport teams for timely dispatch.
- Ensure vehicles are loaded efficiently to maximize space utilization.
- Maintain loading records and update shipment status as required.
- Follow company safety procedures during material handling and loading operations.
- Assist in inventory verification and parcel scanning when required.
- Ensure the loading area is clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
- Report delays, shortages, damaged shipments, or operational issues to the Operations Supervisor.
- Support day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Prior experience in courier, logistics, warehouse, transportation, or supply chain operations is an added advantage.
