Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Employer Desk Executive to expand and strengthen our global
employer network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships
with employers, recruiters, and hiring managers across international markets. This role requires strong research
capabilities, excellent communication skills, expertise in LinkedIn networking, and experience in recruitment or
business development.
Key Responsibilities
Connect and engage with employers globally through LinkedIn and other professional networking
platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and employers.
Conduct market research to identify potential employer partnerships and hiring opportunities.
Generate, qualify, and manage employer leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to support candidate placements and business development initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of employer interactions, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand the organization's employer network.
Identify and engage prospective employers to create new hiring partnerships.
Represent the organization professionally while interacting with global employers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Employer Outreach, Business Development, Recruitment, or a related field.
Proven experience in US Recruitment.
Strong expertise in LinkedIn networking and lead generation.
Excellent research and market-mapping abilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
Ability to engage with employers professionally.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools.
Graduation required
