Job Summary:
The Telecaller is responsible for making and receiving calls to customers, providing information about products/services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Receive inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and call records in the system.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or callbacks as required.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
- Additional certification in customer service or telecalling will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or related field.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
