Job Description
We are looking for experienced and compassionate Home Nurses to provide professional nursing care to patients at their homes in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care to patients at home. Monitor patients' health and vital signs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist patients with daily healthcare and personal care needs. Maintain accurate patient records and visit documentation. Coordinate with doctors and the internal healthcare team. Follow clinical protocols, safety standards and company SOPs. Educate patients and family members regarding prescribed care. Promptly report emergencies or changes in the patient's condition. Requirements GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification. Minimum 3 years of nursing experience. Valid Karnataka State Nursing Council registration or equivalent. Willingness to travel within assigned Bengaluru areas, generally within 5 km. Comfortable working independently at patients' homes. Basic smartphone/app literacy.
