Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to MD. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and maintain confidentiality while managing daily schedules and business activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and important commitments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in planning events, meetings, and business activities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative and personal tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant (Freshers with exceptional organizational skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Professional attitude with a high level of confidentiality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
