Key Responsibilities Area
1. IT Infrastructure Support
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain NAS servers, network servers, and related storage systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure regular data backups, recovery checks, and system updates are executed on schedule.
- Support day-to-day hardware management including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and replacements.
- Manage configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls).
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and technical procedures.
2. Vendor Management
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware, licensing, and maintenance support.
- Handle procurement, service contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) with IT vendors.
- Manage vendor escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues related to equipment, software, and services.
3. Daily Coordination with CEO
- Provide IT and administrative support to the CEO for technology-related requirements.
- Assist with daily coordination tasks including email/system setups, scheduling, and workflow streamlining.
- Help in sorting, organizing, and managing data/reports for executive use and presentations.
- Liaise between the CEO and other departments for IT-related requests or information needs.
4. Helpdesk & User Support
- Offer first-level support to employees for all IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems and escalate to senior IT if needed.
- Manage tickets, user requests, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide user onboarding support (setting up new accounts, devices, access rights).
5. System Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas of improvement or potential failure.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection best practices.
- Run routine checks on networks and servers for uptime, performance, and security vulnerabilities.
Skills & Qualifications
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
-Experience with server management, NAS storage, and network infrastructure.
-Strong understanding of hardware troubleshooting, networking concepts, and system backups.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executives.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize urgent issues.
-Vendor coordination and procurement experience preferred.
-Familiarity with Helpdesk ticketing systems is a plus.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
