Role Overview
We are looking for a Counsellor with strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs, provide appropriate guidance and maintain positive relationships. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, confident and capable of handling counselling sessions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct counselling sessions and understand individual requirements.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Assess client needs and provide suitable guidance and solutions.
Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
Support clients in making informed decisions.
Maintain accurate records and counselling reports.
Track follow-ups, conversions and client progress.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Handle client queries and resolve concerns professionally.
