ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer who can build scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
The candidate should be capable of handling both frontend and backend development, API integration, database management, and deployment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop responsive web applications using React.js
- Build backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js
- Manage databases using MongoDB
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Optimize application performance and security
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers

- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic websites and web applications.
- Build scalable CMS-based solutions using WordPress and Shopify.
- Develop high-quality frontend interfaces and backend service layers.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Frontend & Backend Development
- Develop responsive, cross-device UIs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, and React.js.
- Build backend functionality using Core PHP, Laravel, Node.js, or Django (Python).
- Implement MVC architecture and modular coding practices.
API & Integration Development
- Integrate third-party APIs, CRM systems (HubSpot, Bitrix24), and marketing tools.
- Work with REST APIs and webhook-based integrations.
- Implement authentication, validation, and data encryption protocols.
Performance & Security Optimization
- Optimize website speed, caching strategies, and database performance.
- Ensure full cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Apply encryption, secure data handling, and access control best practices.
- Implement security patches and ongoing vulnerability management.
Collaboration & Project Execution
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, SEO teams, and project managers.
- Participate in requirement discussions and technical feasibility planning.
- Provide accurate time estimates and communicate progress proactively.
- Work closely with US-based teams during night shift operations.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Debug, optimize, and maintain existing client websites.
- Monitor uptime, hosting performance, and platform stability.
- Implement CMS upgrades and compatibility updates.
- Provide responsive client support and issue resolution.
Documentation & Process Management
- Document code, workflows, and development standards.
- Maintain scalable internal development guidelines.
- Support knowledge transfer and team onboarding as required.
