Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook quality dishes as per restaurant standards
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation & quality
- Manage kitchen operations during busy hours
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness & food safety standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
- Monitor inventory and minimise food wastage
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience as a Chef
- Strong knowledge of respective cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork & time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards
