Position Summary
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing social media content and campaigns across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or branding agency and possess strong content creation, campaign management, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to develop high-quality content.
- Prepare monthly content calendars and campaign plans aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize performance for maximum reach and engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics using relevant analytics tools.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and support product launches.
- Coordinate influencer marketing and brand collaboration activities when required.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, Meta Advertising, or Content Marketing will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management.
- Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, or Creative Agency is mandatory.
- Experience in handling multiple brand accounts and social media campaigns.
- Exposure to automotive, EV, technology, or consumer brands will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and performance marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
