3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with proven production delivery

Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Community Cloud (Experience Cloud)

Expert-level proficiency in Apex, including:

Batch, Queueable, Schedulable, and Future methods

Deep understanding of governor limits and optimization techniques

Solid experience with REST/SOAP integrations, including:

Building callouts

Handling webhooks

Working with Named Credentials and External Services

Strong development experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC):

Wire adapters and imperative Apex

Component communication (parent-child, pub-sub, Lightning Message Service)

Navigation and UI/UX best practices

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows: Record-triggered flows, screen flows, subflows, and flow orchestration

Strong understanding of trigger frameworks: Handler patterns, bulkification, recursion handling

Experience in fintech or lending domain

Familiarity with ACH/NACHA file formats and payment processing systems

Experience working with APIs like Plaid, Decision Logic, Credit Sense, Zepto

Knowledge of Aura Components

Understanding of regulatory compliance in Australia & USA lending ecosystems
