Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Bench Sales Recruiter with 1 year of experience in US IT staffing. The role involves marketing consultants on bench, building client/vendor relations, and securing quick placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4EAD, GC, US Citizens) using job portals, LinkedIn, and direct vendor outreach.
- Build and maintain relations with vendors, clients, and Tier 1 partners.
- Submit consultant profiles to relevant job requirements and ensure quick follow-up.
- Negotiate rates and contract terms with vendors/clients.
- Track consultant availability and maintain daily submission/placement reports.
- Ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 Months to 2 years of Bench Sales experience in US IT staffing.
- Freshers are welcome please apply if you have strong communication.
- Familiarity with US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Experience using job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under targets and handle multiple profiles at once.
- Ready to relocate
- Graduate candidates are preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
