The Legal Executive is responsible for managing the Society's legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing legal documents, coordinating with advocates, handling recovery and litigation cases, and providing legal support to safeguard the Society's interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and maintain legal agreements, notices, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with Co-operative Society Acts, RBI/NBFC guidelines (where applicable), and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with advocates, courts, and government authorities on legal matters.
- Handle loan recovery cases, legal notices, and litigation support.
- Conduct legal research and advise management on legal risks and compliance.
- Maintain legal records and case documentation.
Qualification: LLB from a recognized university with relevant experience in legal, recovery, or compliance functions.
Key Skills: Legal drafting, contract management, recovery laws, compliance, litigation coordination, communication, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
