About the Role
Synetal Solutions Limited is looking for enthusiastic and confident CRM Trainers to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates who have experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), student counselling, telesales, customer support, or client relationship management.
No healthcare experience is required. We will provide the necessary training on healthcare-related programs. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online training and orientation sessions for students and candidates.
- Guide learners throughout their training journey and provide ongoing support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and clients.
- Handle candidate queries and provide accurate information about training programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth learner experience.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Support student engagement and retention activities.
- Deliver presentations and training sessions confidently in English.
Requirements
- Previous experience in CRM, Customer Support, Student Counselling, Telecalling, Sales, or Client Relationship Management is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and training sessions.
- Ability to work independently from home.
