Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Unix & Java Project Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications. The candidate should possess strong expertise in Java technologies, Unix/Linux environments, system integration, team leadership, and client stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Java developers and Unix engineers across the software development lifecycle.
Design, develop, and review scalable Java-based applications and microservices.
Manage project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and support teams.
Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, security, and best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues in Unix/Linux environments and provide root cause analysis.
Monitor application performance and optimize system efficiency.
Drive CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and deployment activities.
Mentor team members and conduct technical interviews.
Prepare technical design documents, solution architecture, and project status reports.
