Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and their budget.
- Explain product features, materials, designs, prices and available options.
- Recommend suitable furniture and help customers make purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up with interested customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers with orders.
- Coordinate with the delivery and installation teams when required.
- Maintain an attractive and organized showroom.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident and enthusiastic personality.
- Previous experience in furniture sales, retail sales, showroom sales, or similar work is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of furniture products and materials is an advantage.
- Ability to work toward sales targets.
- Basic computer/WhatsApp skills.
- Hindi communication is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
