About the Role
Headwy Consulting is a global IT staffing and consulting firm with a presence across India, Mauritius, and
expanding markets. We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development
for our Staffing and HR solutions vertical. This role is built for someone who thrives in a relationship-led sales
environment, has an established network within corporate hiring ecosystems, and knows how to convert
conversations into long-term engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Support
- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients across industries like IT, BFSI, Healthcare, etc.
- Support lead generation through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and databases
- Help build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations
Sales Execution
- Support the sales team in outbound calls and follow-ups
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients
- Assist in managing the sales funnel and CRM updates
- Shadow senior sales members during client interactions
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and hiring demands
- Identify potential sectors and companies for business opportunities
- Prepare basic reports and insights for the sales team
Relationship Management Support
- Stay current on hiring trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics in the staffing and HR industry.
- Assist in maintaining communication with prospects and clients
- Support in nurturing leads and tracking engagement
- Help in organizing networking activities and outreach campaigns
What We Are Looking For
Must Have
- Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, or HR Consulting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Proactive attitude and ownership mindset
Good to Have
- Prior internship/project experience in sales, marketing, or HR
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools
- Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing industry
