Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to analyze business requirements, define system objectives, and drive business process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to identify opportunities, evaluate system changes, and provide effective solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, production specifications, and proposed changes to technology applications.
- Define system scope, objectives, and requirements based on user needs and business processes.
- Lead business process improvement initiatives for internal business groups to enhance business outcomes.
- Identify and document system constraints, dependencies, implications, and potential impacts of proposed changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Provide recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues.
- Support solution design, implementation, and release management activities.
- Evaluate business and customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams throughout the application development and change lifecycle.
- Contribute to improving user experience and business processes.
